WOW Concept is a Madrid-based omnichannel retail company that combines large physical stores with an online marketplace, built around brand curation and in-store experiences. Its business model mixes outright purchase, consignment and dropshipping, so brands can sell without the company holding all of the inventory. It runs an eight-storey, 5,500 m² flagship at Gran Vía 18, which opened in 2022, and a second store at Serrano 52, which opened in 2023. Revenue was about €18 million in 2024 and the company expected about €30 million for 2025. It was founded in Madrid in 2020 by Dimas Gimeno, former chairman of El Corte Inglés. Funding includes a €2.8 million round with FJ Labs, a roughly €8 million round in 2022 led by FJ Labs and Athos Capital with family offices taking part, and a sale of 20% of the company to Vertical Partners, the Urrea family office. Further capital increases followed, and in 2026 the company began raising €20 million to open in Barcelona and expand digitally in Europe.
