IiF Lastmile
iF Lastmile is a Madrid-based e-commerce logistics company that runs iF returns, a platform for managing online returns and exchanges for retail brands. It started out offering flexible same-day fulfilment and last-mile delivery, then moved its focus to reverse logistics. Its software uses AI algorithms to steer customers towards exchanges rather than refunds and sends returned items back to the sales channel with the best margin, backed by digital product validation and a global network of more than 200,000 collection points. The company works with more than 150 Spanish and Portuguese brands, including Hawkers, and has raised about €4.5 million: a €1.5 million round in 2021 and a €3 million round in November 2022, both led by K Fund, with Inveready, Lanai Partners, Grupo Romeu and Grupo Bergner also taking part.
