SSolver Machine Learning
Solver Machine Learning (Solver) is a Valencia-based artificial intelligence company that builds machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing and generative AI solutions for enterprises, covering demand forecasting, fraud prevention, predictive maintenance, logistics optimisation, intelligent document management and automated quality control. It works on a project and solutions basis for clients in retail, finance, healthcare, energy, transport, industry and tourism, including Mercadona, Consum, Bankia, Meliá Hotels, Barceló Hotel Group, Global Omnium and Valencia CF, and closed 2025 with revenue of about €1.5M, EBITDA close to €350K and a team of 26. It was founded in 2016 as a spin-off of the Pattern Recognition and Human Language Technology (PRHLT) research centre at the Universitat Politècnica de València and won Best Software Startup at the 2020 Valencia Startup Awards. In January 2020 it raised a €600K round led by GoHub Ventures, Global Omnium's corporate venture arm, with €500K, alongside Grupo Zriser, and in July 2026 it was acquired by the Italian digital-solutions group Var Group.
