Dinbeat is a Barcelona-based veterinary technology company, operated by Dindog Tech, that builds wireless monitoring tools for veterinary clinics. Its main product, Dinbeat UNO, is a harness that tracks an animal's vital signs in real time without sedation or cables: electrocardiogram, heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature, activity, position and vocalisations. Readings go to a cloud platform that can be viewed on the web or in a mobile app. Clinics use it for hospitalisation, recovery at home, preventive check-ups and specialised treatments. The company sells the hardware together with software and professional services. It was founded in 2016 by Talía Bonmatí, David Arranz and Francisco Gil. Its first outside investor was Animal Biosciences, which covered the whole of a December 2018 round. In 2020 it raised €500,000 in convertible notes from IESE's business angel network, Afintia, Accelgrow and other angel investors. In 2022 it announced a €1.5M round led by ESADE BAN and a family office.
