RReby
Reby is a Barcelona-based shared micromobility operator that designs and manufactures its own e-scooters and e-bikes in-house and runs on-demand vehicle-sharing services under public tenders across Spain and Italy, alongside a SaaS mobility-as-a-service platform for cities. Founded in 2018, it won the first public micromobility tender in Europe (Zaragoza) and went on to secure around 18 agreements with public administrations, raising roughly $17.9M from investors including Exor, 14W and Day One Ventures. In May 2022 it was acquired for a reported $100M by House of Lithium, a Canadian private-equity firm that was already a major shareholder; the company remains registered as REBY RIDES S.L. in Barcelona but is small (~23 employees as of 2026).
