LLIS Global
LIS Global is a Spanish-German IT consultancy platform specialising in data engineering, advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, operating in Spain under the LIS Data Solutions brand and in Germany through its subsidiary Baitech Data. Founded in 2013 in Vitoria (Álava) by Manuel Coterillo and Asier Barredo, it serves industrial, logistics, pharma, energy, telecom, insurance and real estate clients with AI agent platforms, data governance and business intelligence, and has around 130 employees across offices in Vitoria, Santander, Madrid, Barcelona and Germany. In April 2026 Basque fund ABE Capital took a growth stake, and in July 2026 the group merged with Madrid/Barcelona-based Berocam and Baitech Data to form LIS Global Group.
