VVIVOOD Landscape Hotels
VIVOOD is a Spanish boutique hospitality company that created and operates Spain's first 'landscape hotel', an adults-only, design-led sustainable resort of prefabricated suites and villas in the Guadalest Valley near Benimantell, Alicante. Founded by architect Daniel Mayo, the project started in 2013 as a sustainable self-assembly housing venture accelerated by Lanzadera (Juan Roig's Valencia accelerator) and pivoted to hospitality in 2015; it is the only property in Alicante province with a Michelin Key. Now organised as VIVOOD Group, it is scaling a multi-property pipeline with hotels under construction or development in Madrid (65 rooms), Barcelona (55), Marbella (70) and Huesca (76), backed by a €5M round from Topcal Investment and Laproe alongside existing shareholder Angels Capital.
