LexDoka is a Barcelona-based legaltech/AI startup founded in 2022 that began as a collaborative contract lifecycle management platform (creation, review, negotiation, e-signature and management of legal documents, with 1,000+ templates and its AI assistant 'Lexy') used by 300+ companies. It has since pivoted its flagship product to LexDoka Audit, billed as a multi-agent AI system for statutory accounts auditing that combines 8 specialised agents with a deterministic math engine to cut audit planning time while avoiding hallucinations, mapped to Spanish audit standards (NIA-ES, PGC, ICAC). Seed-stage and ISO 27001 certified, it raised €300K in May 2024, won the Demo Day of Wayra's Acelera Startups programme, and has received public funding via ENISA and NextGenerationEU.
