Founded in 2004 by pharmacist Dr. Miguel Ángel Casado, it employs roughly 20 health economists and biostatisticians, has produced 250+ peer-reviewed publications and 380+ conference communications, is ISO 9001 certified, and co-runs a master's programme in health evaluation and market access with Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. It is a bootstrapped consultancy rather than a venture-backed startup.
