Nextail is a Madrid-based retail technology company whose cloud SaaS platform uses AI, machine learning and prescriptive analytics to automate in-season merchandising for fashion retailers — allocation, replenishment, inventory rebalancing, store operations and inventory analytics — with the promise of "selling more with less inventory." Founded in 2014 by two ex-Inditex/finance operators, it raised a $1.6M seed led by Nauta Capital (2016) and a $10M Series A led by KEEN Venture Partners with Sonae IM in 2018, plus a further multi-million euro commitment from existing investors in 2024. Customers include global apparel, luxury, footwear and sportswear brands; co-founder Carlos Miragall took over as CEO in November 2024, with co-founder Joaquín Villalba moving to the board as "Nextail Ambassador".
