Instituto Bernabeu is a Spanish reproductive medicine and assisted-reproduction clinic group founded in the early-to-mid 1980s, headquartered in Alicante with clinics also in Madrid, Palma de Mallorca, Cartagena, Albacete, Elche, Benidorm and Venice (Italy). It offers IVF, egg donation, fertility preservation, gynaecology and obstetrics, is known for its pregnancy/childbirth money-back guarantee program, and was acquired in 2025 by private equity firm Buenavista Equity Partners through its portfolio company Eugin, forming the second-largest fertility group in Spain.
