SShop&Roll
Shop&Roll designs, manufactures and sells in-store shopping transport solutions for retail — shopping trolleys, wheeled and hand baskets and point-of-sale accessories, with a focus on ergonomic design, space efficiency and recycled/sustainable materials. It is not a venture-backed startup: the business traces back to Araven S.L.U. (Zaragoza, 1976), which launched the original Shop&Roll telescopic-handle wheeled basket in 2005 and consolidated its retail offer under the Shop&Roll brand in 2023; it is a private-equity-owned industrial company present in 80+ countries with roughly 105 employees. In March 2026 Nexxus Iberia acquired Shop&Roll from Buenavista Equity Partners to combine it with Creaciones Marsanz and Portugal's Joalpe into a ~€75M-revenue European retail-equipment group, while the visual-merchandising division was spun out as the separate brand OM Retail. The company is headquartered in Zaragoza (Villanueva de Gállego).
