Zhilabs
Zhilabs is a Spanish AI-powered real-time network analytics company founded in 2008 in Barcelona, offering products (CustomAIr, formerly FlowSight, and NetLiner) that let telecom operators collect, correlate, and act on network and subscriber data at the individual-subscriber level. It focused on fixed broadband, mobile, and 5G network analytics for service providers. Samsung Electronics acquired Zhilabs in October 2018 to bolster its 5G network automation and analytics capabilities; it now operates as Samsung Zhilabs, a Samsung subsidiary rather than an independently funded startup.
