MMollitiam Industries
Mollitiam Industries was a Spanish cyber-intelligence and surveillance software company founded in Toledo in May 2018, selling modular "cyberweapon" platforms — notably Phoenix (social network, deep web and darknet monitoring/OSINT) and Mollitiam COMINT (communications interception) — to law enforcement, military intelligence and homeland security/defence customers. It operated largely out of public view until 2021, when reporting by Infolibre and El Espectador exposed sales to Colombian military intelligence and later to Vietnam; Meta removed networks of fake accounts linked to the firm in 2024. The company is defunct — it filed for bankruptcy on 23 January 2025 and shut down, and the Spanish entity Mollitiam Industries SL is in liquidation. It was financed largely by its parent/shareholder group (Grupo In-Nova) and Spanish public grants rather than by venture capital.
