Naru Intelligence Solutions is a Basque healthtech company (branded simply as "Naru") that applies artificial intelligence and machine learning to clinical research and oncology care, turning hospital and patient Real-World Data into Real-World Evidence. Its products include Step PROMs (real-time patient-reported outcomes in clinical trials), Step Oncology (structured oncology data capture) and RWEvolution, a European multi-centre real-world evidence network. Founded in 2016/2017 by Eider Sánchez and Maider Alberich, it raised a €1M round backed by CDTI-Innvierte, Mondragón Fondo de Promoción (Clave Capital), ORZA and ULMA, and won Roche Farma Spain's Startup Creasphere award. It is headquartered in Donostia-San Sebastián (Basque Country).
