Corporate carpooling platform Hoop Carpool raised €1.2M led by impact manager Ship2B Ventures through its BSocial Impact Fund (backed by Banco Sabadell, the EIF and AXIS), with 4Founders Capital and Lanai Partners also participating. The company plans to double its team, reach €1M in revenue within 12 months and expand into new markets.
