Zaragoza-based DIVE Medical, which develops automated eye-examination technology for patients who cannot collaborate with conventional tests (infants, people with disabilities), secured €1.15 million of non-dilutive public funding from Spain's CDTI to advance its visual-health devices. The company said it was separately taking convertible loans ahead of a planned Series A the following year.
