Crisalion Mobility — Series A · €15M

Crisalion Mobility (formerly Umiles Next), which develops eVTOL aircraft and electric ground-mobility solutions using its FlyFree technology, closed a €15 million Series A co-led by two Spanish family-owned industrial groups, Grupo Ibérica and Valdemira. BlueBull acted as exclusive financial adviser and the company said it was already preparing a €25 million Series B.
