Universal DX — Series B · $70M

Sevilla-founded liquid-biopsy company Universal DX announced the initial closing of a Series B of approximately $70M (about €64M) alongside a strategic collaboration with Quest Diagnostics to bring its Signal-C colorectal cancer blood test to the US. Investors include Quest Diagnostics and CDTI's Innvierte programme co-investing with an Adepa RAIF; the company also lists Cambridge, MA, Madrid and Ljubljana offices.
