Cycle Platform, a circular luxury-fashion marketplace registered in Oviedo but operating from Barcelona, closed a €500,000 pre-seed round led by an unnamed London-based family office, with Startupxplore, technology partner Galeo Tech and ENISA participating. It combines primary and secondary fashion sales with guaranteed buy-back, plus traceability software for the EU Digital Product Passport.
