Ubicuity raised €470,000 in an equity seed round from a group of business angels (Richard Morin, Tim Mol, Carlos Morales, Gabriela Orille, Rodrigo de la Cruz, Pau Camarasa and others) together with venture firm Synapatia VC, which invested after Ubicuity won an award at Meta World Congress in the digital realities vertical. The round was complemented by a separate €195,000 ENISA participative loan, taking the total capital injection reported to €665,000; no lead investor was stated, and the company said it would use the money to expand into the US, Australia and Mexico.
