Citibox raised €100M led by infrastructure fund Ithaka Infrastructure Partners, structured as roughly €70M equity plus €30M debt — Ithaka put in about €55M of equity and €30M of debt, with around €15M in convertible notes from existing shareholders led by Onum co-founder Pedro Tortosa. The round was announced alongside a pan-European commercial agreement making Citibox Amazon's residential smart-locker partner across key markets.
