Brickken closed a €3M pre-Series A (filed here as Seed, since the round sits below Series A on the venture ladder) at a €38M post-money valuation, roughly a year after its seed. No lead was named; the company said it deliberately worked with a small group of strategic European partners, including Swiss holding GRX and Marco Podini, founder and executive chairman of Italy's Dedagroup, investing in a personal capacity. Proceeds fund the creation of The Brickken Group holding structure and regulatory licensing across key markets (MiCA in the EU, VARA in the UAE); the company reported 150+ clients across 30 countries and $500M+ in tokenised assets.
