Urbanitae closed its second funding round, €2.5M led by K Fund with existing backers All Iron Ventures (now Acurio Ventures) and Viriditas Ventures plus business angels, to grow the team and fund developer projects of €1-4M. At the time the platform had financed 26 projects worth over €17M and had reached break-even; Crunchbase and CB Insights log this round as a Series A (~$3.01M). Later shareholder changes were not funding rounds: Andbank España joined the cap table in February 2022 with no amount or capital increase disclosed, and in December 2025 a secondary reorganisation moved roughly 5% of the company to family offices and developers at a €200M valuation.
