Urbanitae raised its first round, close to €1M, from K Fund, All Iron Ventures and Viriditas Ventures, with the three funds reported jointly and no single lead named. The money was earmarked for launching the platform, marketing and hiring while the company awaited its definitive CNMV licence, which it obtained ahead of starting operations in mid-2019.
