Growth-equity investor Moira Capital Partners put €5 million into Eskariam in exchange for roughly one third of the share capital, disbursed in three phases (November 2019, June 2020 and late 2021); the date given here is the first tranche, as no contemporaneous announcement was made and the deal was only reported publicly by Expansion in October 2022.
