Madrid- and New York-based Fence raised a $20M Series A led by Galaxy Ventures to replace the legacy trust and agency industry with real-time infrastructure for asset-backed finance. The company already administers around $1.4 billion in assets and counts BBVA, BlackRock and Fortress among its clients; co-founder and CEO Juan Montero is relocating to New York to lead US expansion.
