Genesy (rebranded to Enginy in late 2025) closed a €5M seed round led by pan-European VC Samaipata, with existing investors K Fund and Itnig following on. Reported as the largest round in a Gen-AI native company led by a Spanish VC to date; proceeds went to international expansion (US, UK, Germany, Italy, France, Netherlands) and doubling the team. The company's own blog post carries a later (January 2026) date after the rebrand, but press coverage dates the announcement to 14 January 2025.
