Designable — Seed · €750K

Designable's third company round, reported at €750K, brought in Impacta Invest 2020 (the co-investment vehicle of Valencian sustainability firm Ângela Impact Economy) and national renewable-energy consultancy Emin Energy, which also signed a partnership to build internal renewable-energy networks in Designable's buildings; advisory firm SpeedOut is credited with helping close it and no lead was named. Sources date the round itself to 2021 while the completed €750K figure was reported in June 2022 (EjePrime had reported a €375K tranche of this third round on 28 June 2021); separate building-level crowdfunding into project vehicles (€700K in 2021, including the Edificio Palleter campaign on La Bolsa Social, and €650K in 2022) is excluded here as it was raised into individual buildings, not the company, and Designable later joined the Lanzadera accelerator in January 2023.
