Stayforlong's second round, of €402,000, raised on the The Crowd Angel (now Dozen Investments) equity crowdfunding platform together with SeedRocket 4Founders Capital and business angels including Jaime Ferré, David Cabero, Javier Casares and Pep Martorell; the crowd tranche of about €247,000-253,000 from ~52 angels hit its cap in 36 hours at a €1.25M pre-money valuation, and SeedRocket 4Founders put in roughly €150,000. No lead was stated. Before this, the founders had put in €80,000 of share capital at incorporation in January 2015 and closed a first FFF round of €95,000, which was never separately announced or dated.
