After validating the concept with a 2021 pop-up at La Santa Market, founders Rai Recoder, Gerard Moreno and Alberto Gras raised a first round of €200,000 from small private investors in October 2022 to open their first permanent restaurant on Carrer Sagues in Barcelona; no lead investor was named. Several outlets report the package as a €360,000 raise because it was topped up with a €160,000 ENISA participative loan, which is excluded from the round amount here; co-founder Rai Recoder confirmed in a May 2026 interview that the company has done only two rounds, this one and the €3M of 2025.
