Kampaoh's second and first institutional round, with Axon Partners Group (through Corporación Bética de Expansión Empresarial), JME Ventures, Alter Capital and Encomenda Smart Capital all participating and no single lead named; the money went to technology, hiring and scaling to more than 1,200 tents across ~50 Spanish campsites after €3.4M of 2021 sales. Amount is reported inconsistently: Webcapitalriesgo and Kampaoh's own post (published late January 2022) put it at about €5M, while Alter Capital's own page and later press describe it as €4M. Press named no stage; filed as Series A as the first multi-million institutional equity round.
