HESStec closed a €12M capital increase (~$13.6M) with the entry of new investors Suma Capital (through its SC Net Zero Ventures climate-tech fund), ABB and VERBUND X Ventures, alongside existing shareholders Elewit and RIC Energy, who confirmed their continuity. No investor was named as lead in the announcement; Tracxn classifies the round as Series B. Proceeds fund a production line for its intelligent control systems, an own manufacturing facility and the expansion of its megawatt-scale Advanced Grid Lab; ABB's Lee Todd joined the board.
