Boopos raised a $58M Series A led by Spanish VC Bonsai Partners, made up of $8M in equity and $50M in debt, roughly six months after its $30M seed and reportedly tripling its valuation in under a year. The capital was used to expand its revenue-based acquisition financing for buyers of e-commerce, Amazon FBA and SaaS businesses in the US and Europe.
