Arcano Capital provided €3.2M of financing through its illiquid credit fund, secured against part of reclamador.es's litigation portfolio — claims already supported by Spanish Supreme Court or EU Court of Justice case law. Both parties presented it as the first litigation-portfolio financing operation of its kind in Spain and Europe; separately, the company has also drawn ENISA participative loans from Spain's Ministry of Economy, which are not counted here as rounds.
