Service Club raised an undisclosed amount of venture funding from Mutua Ventures (Mutua Madrileña) and Trind Ventures to fund European and UK expansion, US market entry and AI-powered automation of its Academy training product; Mountside Ventures advised on the raise, which it says also included non-dilutive facilities. No source states a stage (seed/Series A), an amount or a lead investor, so the round cannot be placed on the venture ladder; the date is that of the Mountside Ventures announcement post. Separately, and not announced as a funding round, the company has used a structured finance package from Teybridge Capital (invoice finance, a term debt facility and purchase-order finance) and has received a Spanish government R&D grant for its AI personalised education modules.
