Barcelona-based proptech Aldara (the YC S22 company originally launched as Lumo, and since returned to the Lumo brand at lumo.homes) raised a €2.7M seed round, reported in US dollars as roughly $2.9M, to grow its team and expand its AI-automated homeowners' association (HOA) management service across Spain. Kfund led the round in its own announcement, with Y Combinator and several unnamed business angels participating; some Spanish outlets describe the round as co-led by Y Combinator and Kfund. Tracxn and Crunchbase record this as the company's only disclosed round to date (total raised ~$2.93M).
