Brickbro closed its first institutional round, €1M led by Barcelona-based Telegraph Hill Capital (THCap) with Silicon Valley's Plug and Play plus family offices and Spanish, Japanese, French and German business angels active in real estate; THCap's Luis Gutiérrez Roy took a board seat. The money funded expansion from Barcelona across Spain, with Portugal under consideration; some databases record the instrument as a convertible note (~$1.19M) and list Demium, Alhambra Venture and Roca Group Ventures among the participants, and the company had previously sought €200k–€500k in a 2019 round that was never announced as closed.
