Seidor, via its corporate venture arm Seidor Ventures, took an undisclosed minority stake in the company (then trading as IKOS Tech) to become a strategic partner and combine their IoT and AI solutions for agronomy; the amount and percentage were never disclosed and no stage was given, so it is recorded as Other. Press coverage noted the company's growth to that point had been entirely self-financed, making this its first external equity investor; it had earlier taken part in the first edition of Cajamar Innova, the Cajamar group's water/agtech incubator-accelerator (a programme, not a funding round).
