Beemine launched a €100k equity community round on Crowdcube in November 2025, becoming the first Spanish cannabis-sector company accepted by the platform; proceeds were earmarked for the technical team, pharmaceutical traceability systems and a GDP-compliant warehouse ahead of becoming a licensed medical cannabis distributor. No stage label was given by the company and no lead was named; only the month of launch is documented (the campaign was reported as closing in early December 2025) and the final amount raised was not disclosed. Separately, a €3M Series A that the company said in April 2024 it expected to close 'in a couple of months' was never announced as completed.
