The Beemine Lab closed a €280,000 equity crowdfunding round on Startupxplore in December 2019, 125% above target and the maximum then allowed by Spain's CNMV, with more than 50 investors participating including angels Juan José Juste Ortega and Juan García Perrote. Figures differ slightly by source: Startupxplore's own campaign page records €238,200 from 58 investors and the company later described the round as a €240,000 pre-seed. The company had previously been through the Founder Institute and Red Bull Basement accelerator programmes, which are not counted as funding rounds.
