Urbiotica — Seed

Caixa Capital Risc (the venture capital arm of CriteriaCaixa, today Criteria Venture Tech) invested in Urbiotica in a seed round dated 17 January 2012 by CB Insights; the amount was never disclosed and no lead was stated. Avansca is also listed among Urbiotica's historical shareholders, and Spanish public instruments (ENISA participative loans, INNVIERTE/CDTI co-investment vehicles) appear on the company's cap-table records but were not announced by the company as venture rounds.
