Growth-equity firm Suma Capital invested roughly €20M in ECOcero (Paneles Acusticos Eco Cero, Sant Vicent del Raspeig, Alicante) through its SC Sustainable Expansion Fund III, taking a stake slightly above 50% in what was the fund's debut deal; founder and CEO Jorge Bellido continues to lead the company. Classified as Other because it is a majority-stake growth/PE transaction rather than a venture-ladder round; ECOcero reported 2024 revenue of €9.35M (up 28.1% from €7.30M in 2023), over €12M in 2025 and a €16M target for 2026, and no earlier venture funding round has ever been announced.
