Spanish press reported on 10 April 2025 that Avamed Synergy had 'recently closed' an internal expansion round (ronda de ampliacion interna) subscribed by the same investor partners who backed the Fluxus platform at the outset; neither the amount nor the individual investors were disclosed, and the exact closing date was not given, so the disclosure date is used here. The same coverage announced that the company was opening a further round seeking €5M to finish funding Fluxus pilot trials and strengthen its hand in commercial partner negotiations ahead of a planned market launch in H2 2026 after medical-device certification and CE marking - that €5M round was only opened, with no evidence found that it has closed, so it is not reported as a round here.
