Navarran medtech Abanza Tecnomed closed a €1.2M round co-led by regional development agency Sodena (€350K plus the capitalisation of a €40K participative loan from 2017) and Clave Capital (€500K), to consolidate its WasherCap soft-tissue fixation system in Europe and enter the US market. The round was co-led, so no single lead investor is recorded; Abanza already held the CE mark and expected FDA clearance during 2022.
