Vivla, a fractional co-ownership platform for premium second homes operating in Madrid, Marbella, Sotogrande, Ibiza and Mallorca, closed a €26M round led by Samaipata. Tech.eu reported the package as roughly $30M in total, of which only about $3.5M was equity and the rest debt to finance home purchases; angels included Chelsea footballer César Azpilicueta.
