Venture capital firm Bonsai Partners entered the capital of STAY, the Spanish hotel guest-experience platform (known commercially as the STAY App) founded by Joan and Ángel Lladó, to accelerate its internationalisation. The amount was not disclosed; STAY had digitised over 1,000 hotels across 62 markets and reached 8 million unique users in 2021, with clients including Meliá, Barceló, RIU and NH.
