Madrid real-estate crowdfunding platform Housers closed a €1.5M capital increase carried out in three tranches, backed by most of its existing shareholders and bringing in three new investors who took significant positions. No investor names, lead or round stage were disclosed; the company said a further €3M raise was planned for later in 2022.
