Lang.ai, founded by Madrid entrepreneur Jorge Peñalva and run out of Madrid and New York, raised a $10.5M Series A led by Nava Ventures for its no-code AI that structures and auto-labels customer-support conversations inside Zendesk and Intercom. Coverage put total funding raised to date at about $15M; angels Mike Murchison (Ada), Joaquim Lecha (Typeform) and Javier Mata (Yalo) also participated.
