Israeli infrastructure and energy fund Keystone committed €26.5M to Eranovum e-Mobility, the electric-mobility subsidiary of Madrid-based renewables group Eranovum, to build one of Spain's largest EV charging networks (target 5,500 points by 2026). The deal was structured in two tranches: a first €11.5M closing for a 30% stake, with a further €15M planned for late 2023 to take Keystone to 49%.
